It is easy to wash ones’ hands of accountability and responsibility when one shares the ‘blame’ for the purchase of a piece of software that is a failure but of course few of us who are focused on solving problems apply that approach or at least I hope only a few of us have that disposition. Here are some thoughts on dilligence and new technology buzz.
