At SAP TechEd Las Vegas, we crossed one million threads in forums, and a few weeks earlier, four million messages! Solid as these numbers are, we continue to focus on quality in the forums. That’s why Michael Schwandt suggests it’s time to think about the evolution of forums, and how to improve usability. Read Part I and Part II of his blog series.
